I will definately be coming twice per week now (Wed evenings and Saturday mornings). Its the perfect exercise class for me as there is no running involved but it leaves your whole body feeling worked/exhausted, and I thought the music was perfect for keeping you going until the end! Hope to see everyone there again next week, and hopefully some more.
